On December 19, 2025, the Residents’ Committee of Xincheng Garden Residential Area sent a letter of commendation to the Xincheng Garden Property Service Center of CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd. to affirm the property team’s proactive actions and hard work in the key stage of Zhangzhou City’s creation of a civilized city.

Since the launch of Zhangzhou City’s civilized city creation, all staff members of the Xincheng Garden Property Service Center made great contributions to it with their deeds. For instance, they promoted environmental remediation work regardless of the busy schedule, and comprehensively cleared the garbage and debris in public areas such as corridors, green belts, and parking lots, effectively improving the living environment of the whole residential area. At the same time, the center set some civilized warning signs, established some standard pet manure disposal points, and guided residents to develop civilized habits from every detail. The center’s members explained to some residents who might understand the arrangement patiently and actively. Despite the heavy workload, they had no complaints, made the whole residential area clean, orderly and harmonious with perseverance and responsibility, and finally brought a civilized community to all owners.

The commendation means not only affirmation of the Company’s property management work but also expectations for better performance in the future.
