Recently, CHINA SPH Property received several honors from the fifth first member conference, the 40th anniversary for the development of Fujian property management industry, and the 20th anniversary of the Fujian Property Management Association organized by Fujian Property Management Association.

In the conference, the Company was elected as the fifth chief supervisor unit of Fujian Property Management Association based on its solid service foundation, outstanding comprehensive strength, and stable operating conditions. The Company was also awarded two honors in the annual selection, including the “Top 50 Property Service Enterprises with Total Points in 2025” and the “Excellent Organizational Unit in 2025”, demonstrating the industry's recognition of the Company’s brand and services.

Xu Liangyuan, the Party Branch Secretary, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Zhangzhou Branch, was granted the title of “Senior Manager in the Property Management Industry in Fujian Province with Experience of 25+ Years”. This honor has witnessed his 25 years of efforts and constant growth in the industry.
