To further improve the functions of high-quality public areas in the residential area, the Company actively communicated with relevant institutions, such as the Owners’ Committee of Xiamen Qiaofucheng Community, and leveraged the public benefits of the community, to decorate and renovate the elevated floor at No. 9 Qiaoxingli. The Company renovated the library functional area of the “Phase 1 Owners’ Home” and the activity space of “Phase 2 Owners’ Home”, which were put into use officially on October 20.
