Recently, Xu Liangyuan, the Party Branch Secretary, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Zhangzhou Branch of CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd., was awarded the honorary title of “2025-2026 Party Building Model in Emerging Fields of Zhangzhou City” by the Social Work Department of the CPC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee and the Working Committee of the CPC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee for Non-public Enterprises and Social Organizations.
