Yang Jiping, the Executive Vice General Manager and Xie Jianjian, the Project Manager of Longyan Branch, won the honorary title of 2025 “Service Star” after rounds of selection and recheck by Longyan Property Management Association according to the work requirements of the Fujian Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development on “Strengthening Property Management, Building a Beautiful Home Together” and “the Best Property Staff” selection activity and the Notice on the Recommendation of 'Service Stars' in the Longyan Property Management Industry in 2025 from Longyan Property Management Association, in order to commend the advanced staff, set an exemplary role, further stimulate the service enthusiasm and professional responsibility of the property industry practitioners in Longyan City, and promote the continuous improvement of the city's property management service level.
