Focus on Professional Services to Further Improve
——Organize and Participate in the Association’s Training to Improve Service Quality
On the afternoon of April 25, the Zhangzhou Property Management Association (the Association) held a special training themed by “Fulfilling Contract Agreements, Improving Service Skills” at the Zhangzhou Hotel, in hope for improving the property service capacity. All residential project managers of the Company attended the training, during which, Zhou Anxi, the expert of internal property affairs, offered the training on “How Property Service Enterprises Improve Their Service Skills” and Lin Qingsui, the property equipment expert, interpreted the Fire Safety Guidelines of Fujian Province for Electric Bicycle Parking and Charging Places (Trial). Zhu Shuangxing, the Chief of the Property Management Department of the Zhangzhou Municipal Urban Management Bureau, and Xu Liangyuan, the President of the Association, attended the meeting, both of whom emphasized the importance of the rectification against “inadequate performance of duties and misappropriation of public benefits” of the property service enterprises as supervised and handled by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and required the enterprises to fulfill contracts faithfully and improve service levels.

Through this training, all project managers have been deeply aware of the significance of “contract fulfilling” and “safety”. They will strictly fulfill their duties according to contracts, improve owner satisfaction, and establish a favorable brand image in the future. The Company will also strengthen management based on the realities, fulfill the contracts faithfully and supervise the use of public benefits and work safety for various projects, and promote the improvement of management level.
