CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd. was established in September 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It is a national Grade 1 property service enterprise, member unit of China Property Management Institute, vice president unit of Fujian Province Property Management Association, and president unit of Zhangzhou City Property Management Association.
It was successfully listed on the New OTC Market in November 2016, making it the first listed property service enterprise in Fujian Province.
The Company was rated as “Top 500 Property Service Enterprises with Comprehensive Strength” by China Property Management Institute for four consecutive years (2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022); as the “National Advanced Unit of Veterans Service Guarantee” by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of the People's Republic of China in October 2021, and was included in the “Honor List of National Veterans Employment Cooperation Enterprises in 2021” in January 2022. Wu Jianli, the Company’s legal person, was included in the “2021 National Veterans Entrepreneurship Honor List”.

Meanwhile, by focusing on broadening the development space, the Company has made great progress in diversified value-added services such as asset management, vocational skills training, advertising, real estate agency and sales agency, community property distribution, landscaping, etc. and has formed a new development pattern integrated with brand quality, scale expansion and diversified value-added services.
Upholding the enterprise spirit of “unity and cooperation, pioneering and innovation, never give up, and end in perfection”, the Company has become an influential property comprehensive service company in the property industry of Fujian Province and has extended its business to Jiangxi Province, Zhejiang Province, Anhui Province, Jiangsu Province, etc. after more than 20 years of steady development. It has established 7 operating subsidiaries, 26 property branches, and more than 200 managed projects with the total management area of nearly 20 million m2. The projects have won many honorable titles, such as the “National Property Management Demonstration Project” and provincial and municipal demonstration projects for many times. The Company has been awarded titles of provincial and municipal “Trustworthy” unit for 19 times, the title of “Civilized Unit in Zhangzhou City” for 6 sessions (consecutive 18 years), and the title of “Large Taxpayer” in Xiangcheng District for 14 consecutive years, with a high brand reputation within and beyond the province.
