1. Cleaning equipment and PPEs, such as roll paper, garbage bag, trash can, towel and gloves;

2. Cleaning agent, sanitizer, gardening tools, hedge shearing machine, lawn aerator, chain saw, etc.

II. Electromechanical, Hardware and Firefighting Apparatuses

1. Various kinds of hardware and accessories, such as lamp tubes, water pipes, wires, switches and sockets. All these products shall satisfy the property company’s daily repairing needs and conform to applicable national standards.

2. Firefighting equipment, fire extinguishers, etc. They shall satisfy the national safety standards with a high quality; meet the firefighting requirements for property projects; the firefighting equipment must be attached with compulsory product certificate, or product technical identification certificate or type test certificate.

III. Clothing

1. Uniforms for the employees in functional departments such as dresses and blouse, etc.

2. Uniforms for grassroots workers: Overalls of onsite property service employees.

IV. Others:

Common consumables or accessories for property management.

1. We will, based on our needs and characteristics of property projects, determine legible suppliers from all suppliers that meet the requirements through survey and included in the standby supplier list according to our bidding process and requirements via competitive negotiation or comprehensive scoring.
