On June 20, 2024, CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd. formally established the Women’s Committee with the approval of the superior Women’s Federation, which symbolizes a new stage in the development of our women’s work.

The first Women’s Committee of CHINA SPH Property Management Corporation Ltd. was elected through competitive election. Comrade Yu Aiping was elected as the Director of the First Women’s Committee, Comrade Zheng Zhuxia as the Deputy Director, and Wang Tingting, He Huijuan and Lian Lin as the committee members. The newly elected members of the Women’s Committee expressed their commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities and providing better services to female employees of the Company.

Before its establishment, the Committee has been always focusing on the female employees’ needs, organized many activities for female employees, such as health knowledge lectures, beauty and skin care training to improve their self-care awareness, image and temperament. During the International Women’s Day on March 8, the Committee also presented holiday gifts to female employees, who were also organized for visit and study, to bring them a happy and meaningful holiday. The Committee has also given concerns for female employees, and carried out activities for them such as career planning guidance and friendship to help them better adapt to work and life; organized regular seminars and sympathy activities to make the female employeess feel the care and respect from the Company.

The establishment of the Committee not only provides a platform for female employees to show themselves and realize their values, but also injects new vitality into the Company’s development. In the future, the Committee will work based on the Company’s instructions, serve as a bridge actively and provide broader development space and better service guarantee for the Company’s female employees. At the same time, it will also promote the continuous development of the Company’s women’s work and contribute to the vigorous development of the Company’s cause.
