On the morning of March 25, 2025, CHINA SPH Property Management Company organized a training session titled "AI Empowering Office Efficiency Improvement" at Nanshan Hongri Hotel. Company leaders, project managers, functional department employees, and key project staff actively participated in the training. Meanwhile, leaders and backbones from the Group's Operation Management Department, Real Estate Division, and Fixed Assets Division were also invited to attend.

The training was delivered by Teacher Sun Lin from Bogue Consulting. Focusing on how AI can empower various property management scenarios, the training conducted on-site drills for high-frequency property management scenarios using AI software such as DeepSeek, Doubao, Jimeng, and Kimi. During the training, participants studied earnestly and experienced the efficient and convenient functions of different AI software in analyzing financial statements, verifying data, and creating posters, thereby gaining a new understanding of AI intelligence and stimulating their interest in exploration.

This training has enabled participants to establish a basic understanding of AI, helping to improve office efficiency and service quality. Going forward, SPH Property Management Company will take this training as an opportunity to continuously advance digital transformation and upgrading.
