Multi-Party Joint Safety Inspection, Strengthen Community Safety Defenses
To effectively enhance community safety management and eliminate potential fire and gas safety hazards, SPH Property Management recently assisted Zhangzhou Municipal Law Enforcement Bureau, Longwen Urban Management Bureau, Bihu Law Enforcement Squadron, Buwen Police Station, Bihu Sub-district Work Safety Committee, and Rinho Community in conducting a joint inspection on fire safety and gas safety. This initiative aims to strengthen community safety guarantees and improve residents' sense of safety in daily life.

During the inspection, various departments had clear divisions of labor and collaborated closely. A meticulous check was carried out on fire-fighting facilities in street-front shops within the community, including fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, and fire exits, to ensure they were in good working condition and the passages were unobstructed. For cases of aging or damaged fire-fighting facilities, records were made on the spot, and the responsible parties were ordered to rectify within a specified time limit. Meanwhile, inspectors went deep into the shops to inspect gas pipelines, valves, and alarms, popularized gas safety knowledge, and reminded owners to conduct regular checks and enhance safety awareness.
Regarding the issues identified in the inspection, relevant departments communicated and coordinated on-site to discuss solutions. SPH Property Management immediately organized rectification work and strengthened patrol and management. This joint inspection effectively identified safety hazards, enhanced inter-departmental collaboration, and raised residents' safety awareness.
