The Group Holds the First 2025 Corporate Managers' Discussion & Exchange Session
On the afternoon of February 13th, the Group's first 2025 corporate managers' discussion & exchange session was successfully held in the conference room of Changtai Fuyou Ecological Farm. With the theme of "Enterprise Autonomy Model Marked by Executives' Autonomy", the meeting was presided over by Shen Binhong, Executive Assistant to the Group President and Director of the Operation Management & General Affairs Department, with 25 corporate managers actively participating.
At the opening of the discussion, Mr. Shen pointed out that the holiday season had passed and it was imperative to push forward work with full momentum. He emphasized that the enterprise autonomy model is a key strategy of the Group. This model grants executives greater decision-making autonomy, aiming to fully tap into the team's potential and achieve self-driven management of the enterprise.

In the exchange session, executives closely linked to practical work and spoke one after another. They shared valuable experiences and remarkable achievements gained from practicing the "executives' autonomy" model over the past year, and put forward many constructive suggestions regarding existing problems and challenges.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Shen delivered a summary speech. He highly affirmed the enthusiastic discussions and suggestions put forward by the executives, clearly stating that executives' autonomy does not mean arbitrary delegation of power. Instead, under the guidance of the Group's strategy, executives should clarify their responsibilities, dare to take on duties, innovate in work, and the company will establish a sound supervision and feedback mechanism to ensure the standardized exercise of power.
Regarding the work in 2025, Mr. Shen put forward ten requirements for all executives, covering aspects such as understanding the significance of the model, taking on responsibilities and innovating, strengthening learning and communication, enhancing confidence, reinforcing sense of responsibility, focusing on cultural construction, sustaining innovation, caring for employees, and planning for the long term. Finally, Mr. Shen expressed his expectation that all executives would put the spirit of the meeting into action, actively explore and courageously practice in the new year, promote the Group to move forward steadily under the enterprise autonomy model, and contribute to the long-term development of the Group.
