On the first working day after the 2025 Spring Festival, the Joint-Stock Company organized a "First Lesson on Resuming Work" training session focusing on systems related to financial management and approval, human resources management, as well as supplier and procurement management. Leaders of the Joint-Stock Company and employees from various functional departments attended the training.
After the training sessions, Wu Jianli, General Manager of the Joint-Stock Company, delivered a summary speech on the training. He put forward the following requirements for employees in the functional departments of the Joint-Stock Company: Firstly, provide good guidance and assistance. Secondly, ensure good service and support. They need to change their mindset, strengthen the sense of service, and take the initiative to provide good service and support for branches and projects. Thirdly, conduct good supervision and management. They should dare to supervise, dare to "play the tough role", strictly implement the systems, and carry out the instructions and requirements of the group and joint-stock company leaders to ensure that all work is carried out in a standardized and orderly manner.
