Yuehuayuan covers a total land area of 21,975 m2, and can accommodate 361 households in 9 multi- storey buildings and 1 small high-rise building; 100 shops, a 10-storey office and a 4,500 m2 shopping mall. With a total building area of 67,971 m2, and greening rate of 35%, the community is of semi-enclosed type. A block is also designed inside the community, which is also equipped with the following supporting facilities, including atrium garden, children’ play area, leisure swimming pool, kindergarten, newspaper & message room, activity center for the elderly, gym, etc. As for the infrastructure, the community has power supply system, water supply & drainage system, elevator system, television system, telephone system, buried gas pipeline, and broadband network.
