Organize a project manager internal training class to enhance comprehensive management skills.
In order to further enhance the comprehensive management capabilities of property project managers (principals) and promote upgrades in property service quality, the property shareholding company specially organized an internal training session for project managers (principals). At the beginning of the training, the general manager of the shareholding company attended the event and delivered an opening speech, setting a positive and proactive learning atmosphere.
The importance of improving comprehensive management skills for company development and service quality enhancement was fully emphasized. The instructors for this training included leaders from the functional departments of the shareholding company and relevant divisional leaders from subsidiaries. They provided comprehensive and detailed lectures on various topics such as enhancing property service quality, human resource management in property projects, and key issues that project managers should focus on in property project management. During the training, project managers actively participated in discussions and shared their experiences, exchanging ideas and forming a good interactive learning environment. After the training, to ensure the effectiveness of the training, an examination was immediately organized. Through the exam, the learning outcomes of the project managers were evaluated and reinforced, encouraging them to better apply the knowledge they gained to their actual work.
