Project details: The new library is located on the south side of Nanjiangbin Road in Zhangzhou High-tech Zone, adjacent to the new Zhangzhou Science and Technology Museum and Zhangzhou BaiXiang Yuanshan Hotel. It has a construction area of approximately 22,000 square meters, with a designed total book collection capacity of over 1.3 million volumes. The functional layout includes: - The first floor, which includes a children's book area, picture book classroom, self-service borrowing area, and cultural creativity area;- The second floor, which includes a newspaper and magazine area, open-shelf book borrowing area, and auditorium;- The third floor, which is set up as an open-shelf book borrowing area;- The fourth floor, which includes a digital reading area, local literature area, special reading area, and ancient books reading room.
