Property Expansion Manager
Position Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of property management industry work experience, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and social skills, organizational and coordination abilities;
An associate degree or above, preferably in business management, property management, hotel management, marketing, or related fields;
3. Be proficient in property management professional knowledge and relevant laws and regulations, including local property industry management policies;
4. Has property market expansion and project bidding, operation estimation management experience, and possesses rich market and network resources locally.
Position responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of the market in the designated area, as well as the management and operation of projects and market expansion within the region; responsible for project bidding.
2. In accordance with the requirements of headquarters and the actual situation of the region, organize the preparation of regional development plans and schemes, and implement target management responsibilities;
3. Responsible for building the area management team, establishing and improving the rules and regulations of area management, formulating the job responsibilities, scope, and authority standards of area projects, and organizing general manager office meetings of regional branches irregularly, arranging for meeting minutes to be taken.
4. Review and approve the annual expense outlays for the region and departmental budgets, ensuring strict adherence to the financial management system established by the company;监督和检查执行情况
Based on the characteristics of each area, strengthen the guidance and assessment of daily management work in property management communities; regularly conduct quality inspections of property service centers, implement quality management for all staff, and adapt to the needs of management services.
