Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for conference service work, arranging the venue as required, and preparing pre event materials; 2. Check the venue facilities and equipment to maintain their integrity and effectiveness; 3. Provide excellent in meeting services to ensure the orderly conduct of the meeting; 4. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the post meeting venue, as well as the collection and cleaning of equipment and items; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Customer Service Specialist
Position Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the daily work of the property customer service team;2. Responsible for receiving and following up on the needs of clients in the designated area;3. Responsible for regular visits to clients in the designated area, and establishing good client relationships with them;4. Responsible for collecting service fees from clients in the designated area, and promptly entering them into the system.
